"MY HOME IS THE PLACE WHERE I WANT TO BE"

CARE & SUPPORT IN YOUR HOME

Some people prefer the comfort of their own home.

Everyone is an individual with personal needs & "one size" does not always fits all.

We support the view that people have the right to maintain their independence safely and with dignity.

We provide a modern and client tailored service to all of our clients.

As a CQC registered agency we ensure that all our staff are vetted (Criminal Record Bureau checked and Referenced) and trained to CQC requirements before they can start work.

We always go a step further by providing:

a.Soft skills training (e.g. cultural awareness)
b.Specialist training (e.g. sickle cell anaemia training)
c.Carers with specialist languages (where language is a barrier to care)
d.Many more services designed to specifically meet the needs of each service user

We involve service users in the selection of their carer.

Training and Development:

Our association with the Lifecare Institute means that our workforce is trained up to highest standard.
We can offer highly qualified, and trained staff whilst keeping overheads low.

Our low overheads are thus reflected on our prices.

Sickle Cell Anaemia Services:
Working closely with the London Borough of Islington Lifecare Has developed a staff team trained to provide care for clients with Sickle Cell Anaemia. Our staff are responsive and understand the nature of Sickle Cell Anaemia and how it affects our clients.

Multilingual Carers:
Sometimes inability of a client to speak English can be a major barrier to an individual receiving care and thus participating fully in life. There are many different reasons why a client may require a carer to speak a specific language but where providing care in a specific language can be of benefit to the outcomes of a care client Lifecare has proven adept at matching the right carer with the candidate. This has been done through the use of our extensive database of carers and trainees.
