CEO: Obi Chinyere-Ezeh
Obi joined Lifecare as CEO in December 2005. Prior to joining Lifecare he had worked in Telecommunications, Banking and Defence. With a BSc in Economics/Finance and an MSc in Management Information Systems as well as having held managerial positions at various blue chip companies Obi has brought to the company the high level of structure and strategic planning to ensure that the company continues to meet the ever evolving needs of its clients.
Managing Director: Geraldine Obi-Nwagwu
Geraldine Obi-Nwagwu, BSc, ACCA(affiliate); MCMI, Managing Director Lifecare Consulting Ltd - Joined the company in the year 2000 with responsibility for developing the training arm of the organisation. It was under her management and guidance that the centre has sought and gained accreditation with City and Guilds, Edexcel and OCR to offer various NVQ up to Level 4. She has been responsible for extending the centre’s NVQ provision to include both adult and childcare, the RMA, Customer Service NVQs Levels 2 and 3. She is also the NVQ Centre Manager and Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.
Outside of Lifecare she enjoys keeping fit and goes to the gym whenever she can find the spare time. She relaxes when she can by listening to classical music.
Agency Manager: Paul Holland
Paul Holland is an NVQ 4 qualified Manager with substantial experience in the Social Care sector. Paul joined Lifecare in April 2008 and is employed as the Agency manager.
Paul has worked with various client groups including older people, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems. He moved to London in 2007, his most recent job being as a Home Care Manager with Reading Borough Council.
Working alongside Maureen Brissett he is responsible for CSCI compliance and strategic and business development for the Care Agency. He is particularly interested in developing specialist projects and in co-ordinating client centred outcome focussed support.
In his spare time Paul likes to play cricket, read, and spend time with his one year old son.
